At Veon, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from Veon’s official sales channels.
2. Return Process

All returns must be shipped to our supplier’s facility in China.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective on arrival.

To initiate a return, contact us at veon.customersupport@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photographs or videos showing the defect/damage.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exemptions
We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Items returned without prior authorisation.

Gift cards or downloadable products.
